Shipping

We offer free shipping within mainland UK on all chain, bead and decorative and PVC curtains.

Free shipping does not include the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight. The cost of shipping will be specified at checkout when you have entered your delivery address details.

We can send your order to anywhere in the world. If your location is not listed in the above destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new items provided they are the same condition as sent. If these returns are received within 30 days of delivery a full refund will be provided. We'll pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). However, we will deduct the return shipping cost when there has been no error by ourselves.

If the returned product has been made specially to order, then we will endeavor to recycle the materials. The cost of any materials we cannot recycle; the labour costs incurred in making the product and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You should expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your return. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will make arrangements for collection or for you to return the item. We typically use a 48 hour courier service.
