Our PVC Strip Screens / Curtains are used extensively in commercial and industrial settings to protect from insects, dust and temperature. They are made to measure from high grade clear PVC complete with stainless steel hanging rail and stainless steel hanging plates. The rail can be face or top fitted. We stock PVC in 4 options. If the finished length of the strips is greater than 2500mm (2.5m) please call for an individual price.

We can manufacture to any width and drop and as standard overlap the strips by 1 prong.

First choose the type and width of PVC strip you want then the width category for the screen. (This determines the number of strips you need). Then provide the finished width and drop required, including the hanging rail.

We recommend you leave around 2cm ground clearance so the curtain does not drag and catch on the floor.

We stock strips suitable for ambient environments in 3 sizes:

-100mm wide x 2mm thick for ambient temperature locations such as pedestrian doorways and access routes;

- 200mm wide x 2mm thick for ambient temperature locations such as stores, kitchens and warehouses; 

- 300mm wide x 3mm thick for stores and warehouses where there is vehicular traffic.

We also stock

- 200mm wide x 2mm thick clear low temperature PVC which can be used to -40 degrees centigrade.
